Returns Policy
Items purchased through AutoShack can be returned for a refund within 45 days from the date of shipment, provided they have not been installed or modified.
How to Return an Item:
Log in to your AutoShack account.
Go to your Purchase History and select the order you wish to return.
On the right-hand side, follow the return options available to complete the process.
Important:
Do not ship products to AutoShack without prior approval. Any unauthorized returns will be declined and discarded.
Customers who return items without a Return Authorization Number and AutoShack’s approval are not eligible for credit card or PayPal chargeback claims.
AutoShack reserves the right to refuse refunds on any unauthorized or improperly returned items.
Returned Product Condition
Products that are altered, installed, damaged, marked, or painted cannot be returned for a refund. Only parts in a condition where they can be resold as new will be accepted for return and refund
Before attempting installation, please match and confirm that the parts ordered are correct.
Important:
Due to our restock process, any items marked as damaged are scrapped immediately after inspection.
AutoShack will not return any parts back to customers that have been marked as damaged.
By purchasing from AutoShack, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refund Payment Method
For safety and security, AutoShack will only issue refunds to the original payment method used when placing the order. No exceptions.
If your order was placed through Amazon, eBay, or Walmart, refunds will be processed through those respective platforms.
For orders placed directly through AutoShack’s website or our Customer Service Department, refunds will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund Instead of Warranty
Refunds for purchased items in place of a warranty replacement are not permitted. Items are eligible for a warranty replacement only. Refunds will only be issued if the replacement part is out of stock.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility in cases where the incorrect vehicle part was purchased due to not reviewing the fitment chart or entering incorrect vehicle details.
Unless otherwise specified by AutoShack, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
Pair & Bundle Listings
Pairs and bundles purchased from AutoShack must be returned as a complete bundle. Partial returns of pairs or bundles are not permitted.
Why?
Product Pairs and Product Bundles are groups of items sold together at a discounted price compared to purchasing the items individually.
As a result, individual components of a pair or bundle that are no longer needed cannot be returned for a refund.
Only the entire bundle will be accepted for return.
Brake Rotors and Shocks
Brake rotors and shocks sold by AutoShack are packaged as two items in one box. Both items must be returned together.
Partial returns of one brake rotor or one shock will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return, both items in the box must be sent back together.
Additional Costs
AutoShack does not refund any labor costs incurred by you or your installer for products purchased from our website.
In addition, AutoShack is not responsible for:
Towing expenses
Rental car expenses
Any other additional costs for any reason
Cancellation of Sale
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. To cancel your order:
Go to the Order Cancellation link.
Provide your order number, email address, and the reason for cancellation.
Alternatively, you can cancel your order through your AutoShack account:
Log in to your account.
Go to your Purchase History and locate the order you wish to cancel.
Click the “Cancel Order” button on the right side of your order.
Please note that once your order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.
